In this month associated with gratitude and Thanksgiving in the U.S., our focus is on appreciation for and celebration of our journeys Through the Kaleidoscope.
Our personal growth and development, and all the lessons learned, may be overlooked if we don’t take time to acknowledge where we’ve been and how far we’ve come. This pause in the action may be especially difficult for driven, Type As with To Do lists ever multiplying, or for perfectionists berating themselves for not doing more, better, faster.

Our month’s energy invites you to take stock, to give a Nod to all the ways you’ve shifted in each area of your Kaleidoscope. Of our seven areas (Spirit, Mind, Heart, Body, Place, Purpose, and Wealth), which invites your Nod of recognition? Of approval? Of celebration?
Start with the first area that comes to mind, then allow the second, third and so on to make their cases. Allow your inner wisdom to speak and guide you. Which area will you give a Nod to next?
We can also use our Nod theme to choose what we’ll continue to focus on and give our attention to. Are your priorities and projects still aligned with your principles and values? Has something slipped in that can now be released? Again, look at each area of your Kaleidoscope and check in with your spiritual, mental, emotional and physical energies.
