About our Guest
Aimmee Kodachian is a Middle Eastern woman who authored “Tears of Hope,” her riveting true life story as a young girl. Aimmee lived 13 years through the Lebanese Civil War. She was only 12 years old when a bomb killed her older brother right in front of her. In the blink of an eye, her family would soon lose everything and become homeless. She was faced with countless hardships, escaping death 3 times and lost many close family members.
Aimmee was faced with enormous obstacles and many challenges. Due to her severe dyslexia and the war, she was forced to leave school at the 4th grade, lost her dream of becoming a teacher and was left with no opportunities or hope.
In 1988, Aimmee took the opportunity to come to the United States and start a new life. Soon after her arrival, she was told to go back to her country because “You are not going to make it here.” In her heart, she knew she had her “WHY”, her daughter, and that’s all that she needed!
After years of persistence and determination, Aimmee became a successful entrepreneur. She not only found a way to Rise Above many challenges, she also learned how to see Light through Darkness. Deep in her soul, she believed that her life had been saved for a reason.
In 2005, she started on her mission to promote peace and make a difference in the world. Despite having only a fourth grade education, Aimmee challenged herself and wrote a book about her true life story which is filled with life lessons, insights and wisdom. Today Aimmee is living her true PURPOSE! Through her Book, Seminars, Speaking engagements and Coaching, Aimmee helps people who have been through tragedies, hardship or simply want to make a change in their life, Rise Above their challenges, find their “Why” and see Light through darkness.
Aimmee donates 100% of the profits from the “Rise Above” song (a song about her life story) and a portion of the proceeds from her “Tears of Hope” book and e-book, to organizations that support victims of war and tragedy.
