Allow this week to serve as a reminder: It is often through slight shifts that we experience great enhancements and results.
Why are we so often tempted to toss something out — spiritually, emotionally, mentally or physically — if it seems we aren’t immediately seeing or feeling results? Or if it feels so easy or natural that there’s got to be more to it. An Aries and a doer, this has been something I’ve struggled with. Slight tweaks, shifts and adjustments never felt or sounded like “enough.” Could it really be so simple? And that Midwest work ethic continually reminded me, if I wasn’t working hard at something, was I really even doing anything? Was I “paying my dues?”

So let’s use our color of the week, Abalone Shell, to help us recall a simpler way of being and doing. Allow it to help you see, know and feel shifts to make, and where and when to make them.
