Thinking about your overall health and wellness, what have you been neglecting or procrastinating about? What do you know to do but aren’t, as you may need some type of additional guidance or support? What have you been doing that no longer seems fun or isn’t producing desired results? How might you feel more comfortable in your own skin? What healthy, loving and affirming thoughts and beliefs would give you a boost?
