Color & Energy Reading for the Week of November 9, 2020
Your Color & Energy Reading for the Week of November 9, 2020
This week, we’ll want to revisit what we spoke of with November’s energy to help pull us out of the shadows, away from what we don’t want, out of procrastination and away from despair.
Let’s explore ways to tune in with our dreams, rhythm, positive thoughts and pace.
Here are a few ideas:
- Begin a gratitude journal
- Reflect on the gifts you’d like from the Universe (emotions, experiences, things)
- Create a dream or vision board
- Get in touch with your body’s knowingness
- Explore energy healing
- Meditate or pray
- Get chi moving with Feng Shui, declutter, enhance your places

A Note About Colors Specified
Colors selected to represent the energy of each month and each week of the year are Sherwin Williams colors. Their architectural and design palette has been my go-to for years! You see the color above, along with the Sherwin Williams paint code plus the RGB and hex code equivalent values. This helps if you’d like to use our colors in your physical spaces or on your digital screens to help believe in and realize your wishes for the Grateful Good this month.
Here’s to living a vibrant life!
