Caring is at the heart of all we are, all we do, and all we choose as spiritual seekers and doers. It’s easy to lose track of this in our day-to-day lives, especially when you mix in the uncertainty, fear and distress we’ve all experienced to some degree the last two years.
So this week, let’s allow the energy and vibes to help us shift back to Caring (and yes, that’s our theme to help us touch in with these vibrations).
Take time to reflect on all you truly care about in each area of your life.

- What truly requires your attention and care?
- What is most deserving of your care?
- How will you care for yourself?
- How will you care for each area of your life in a way that aligns with your self-care?

Not everything in the world requires our attention — that’s why we surround ourselves with other caring spirits and souls seeking, caring and doing, too! Well, notice how they seem to magically appear or re-appear when we’re focused on Caring and deeply devoted to what we are here to care for.

You see the color above, along with the Sherwin Williams paint code plus the RGB and hex code equivalent values.
