Color & Energy Reading for the Week of August 8, 2022
Your Color & Energy Reading for the Week of August 8, 2022
Last week we were talking about enhancements we’d like to view through our Kaleidoscopes. Now I’d like to discuss how any type of change or transformation — whether eagerly anticipated or mildly dreaded — can feel difficult if we aren’t in the best spiritual, emotional, physical and mental places, spaces and states.
We first need to acknowledge and know what those current states are so we can be honest with ourselves about well-suited approaches to change and transformation. Our theme is Check Up to help assess the areas of our lives and ensure our health and alignment. Again, we’re talking spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.
Color of the Week – Dusted Olive
You are the primary caretaker of your most vibrant life. Allow our color of the week, Dusted Olive and its warm vibes to open your inner dialogue with your primary caretaker. A thorough Check Up determines your optimum health, your current state, the differences between those states, and provides supportive solutions, pace and timelines to help shift, change and transform.
Listen to and nurture yourself.
- What truly serves you?
- What do you know is best for you?
- What help might you need?
- What exactly do you want of your most vibrant life?
When you’re really being honest with yourself and your primary caretaker:
- What ideals aren’t really yours?
- What excuses have been passed down or provided?
- What beliefs and thoughts haven’t been working for you?
- What might you now give to yourself to help ensure you and the areas of your life are spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically healthy and aligned with who you know you are here to be?
Do just one small thing today to give yourself a vibrant bill of health; keep checking up and checking in for inspiration, motivation, encouragement and Spontaneity.
A Note About Colors Specified
Colors selected to represent the energy of each month and each week of the year are Sherwin Williams colors. Their architectural and design palette has been my go-to for years! You see the color above, along with the Sherwin Williams paint code plus the RGB and hex code equivalent values. This helps if you’d like to use our colors in your physical spaces or on your digital screens as you open to and enjoy greater Spontaneity this month.
Here’s to living a vibrant life!
