    Kelly and Penney,

    I really did enjoy this! I’ve listened to it several times now. I love hearing about focusing on the present moment (mindfulness in my work with DBT or Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to stabilize our HOME FREQUENCY. I also use HRV biofeedback to help with locking in that frequency of .1Hz and using the technology along with my knowledge of hypnosis to more accurately train myself to tap into that frequency as frequently as possible.
