Forecast for the Week of March 9, 2020
Your Forecast for the Week of March 9, 2020
This week, release any judgement you may be subjecting yourself to when it comes to your Found Causes. We don’t need some grandiose, altruistic reason to be passionate about something!
Consider each area of your Kaleidoscope and visit with your feelings and emotions.
- Where do you feel pumped up?
- What brings you joy?
- What feels positively pulsating with possibility?
- What are your innermost secret thoughts telling you about why you are here, what you really want to do and the kinds of cohorts who get it?
Color of the Week – Veiled Violet
Use the vibrations of our color of the week, Veiled Violet, to help pull back the curtain on your motivations and meaning opportunities. Take a page from our Kaleidoscope community playbook and have a Cup o’ J.O.E.
Joy – Each morning, consider what brings you joy. Make time for it in your day by making it a priority and scheduling it. I’ve found it helpful to make the simple things that bring me joy (for example, time with pets and outdoor time) daily habits.
Opportunities – What is meaningful to you? Make a list of the things you’ve experienced as meaningful in life. What are your other meaning opportunities? How can you create and add meaning opportunities in your day?
This is a concept I picked up interviewing Eric Maisel and dove into further reading his books. To learn more, check out these interviews: Secrets of a Creativity Coach and Life Purpose Boot Camp
Engagement – Who do you want to engage with personally and professionally? How will you engage with others (e.g. a quick text, phone call, note or visit)?
A Note About Colors Specified
Colors selected to represent the energy of each month and each week of the year are Sherwin Williams colors. Their architectural and design palette has been my go-to for years! You see the color above, along with the Sherwin Williams paint code plus the RGB and hex code equivalent values. This helps if you’d like to use our colors in your physical spaces or on your digital screens to further revitalize your enthusiasm for your Found Causes this month!
Here’s to living a vibrant life!
