Riding the waves

Drop in oceanAny day you can start with a breakfast with your family is automatically a good day. You talk, share stories, laugh and maybe even shed a few tears of joy. When you’re enjoying each other’s company, it’s contagious. Your server is incredibly pleasant & helpful, patrons around you are looking over & smiling, solo diners might lean forward to catch some of your conversation and feel included somehow.

The circle of energy gets bigger & bigger, ripples of waves moving outward and impacting countless others.

Every moment of every day we get to choose our frequency, the energy we resonate with and that we’ll radiate. This morning I chose to radiate gratitude, happiness & joy … and am still riding the waves & feeling fine! How about you?

It’s so true. You can be at a restaurant. The server comes over miserable. You act upbeat and positive, show your appreciation and their whole attitude changes for the better! I love when that happens:)

Absolutely! We have the choice to feel and radiate high vibrations or low ones. Everything is energy. Thanks, Kelly!
