Kaleidoscope of T.E.A. – July 2018
Our Kaleidoscope of T.E.A. for July is Savannah’s Lemon Meringue
There’s just something about a slice of diner-style lemon meringue pie that is the epitome of the relaxed “ease & flow” lifestyle of the South. This green tea blend captures the tartness of lemons and the smooth, creamy meringue.
Description: It’s a quintessential dessert of the South – a layer of golden lemon custard that glows like sunshine, topped with billowy meringue clouds. This green tea blend is the ideal mix of tart and sweet, just like those famous diner-style pies, tarts and cookies.
Available for a limited time!
Ingredients: Green tea, apple pieces, orange peels, natural lemon flavor, marigold flowers, natural vanilla flavor, natural creme flavor
Kaleidoscope of T.E.A.
Kaleidoscope group member Marlys Arnold & her husband, Alan, both of Adventures with Tea share some magic we call “Kaleidoscope of T.E.A.” It’s a special blend of my monthly forecast brew, steeped in T.E.A. (Thoughts, Energy & Actions), paired with a tea recommended by the Arnolds … one that represents the energy of the month, plus the adventures & experiences brought to mind.
About Marlys & Arnold Alan and Adventures with Tea
When Alan & Marlys Arnold launched their own line of artisan teas, they chose the name Adventures with Tea to emphasize that tea can be fun and creative, in addition to being tasty and healthy. But they don’t stop at promoting tea as a beverage – they also include it as an ingredient in everything from main dishes to desserts. Over the past two decades, they’ve developed hundreds of tea-infused recipes, many of which have been published in their eMagazine and blog. They teach cooking classes, and are authors of the Tea Explorations Journal. They’re also currently working on a cookbook.
