Here we have another case of a phrase popping into my mind: “Watch out for that first step, it’s a doozy!” This comes from the movie Groundhog Day.
Sometimes that’s how we feel as we take a step towards our most vibrant lives, isn’t it? And sometimes, like Bill Murray’s character, we may end up knee-deep in ice cold water. And if we don’t change something in our focus and approach, we’ll experience our own sense of Groundhog Day, stepping into that ice cold, knee-deep water, day after day.
We know it’s coming, we’re distracted, we’re running on old routines, playing it safe and yet we keep stepping off the curb into the ice cold water, knee-deep in self loathing, conformity and other peoples’ dreams.
Let’s change the pattern. Remember, a slight shift can completely transform our views through the Kaleidoscope!
