Sometimes when I’m channeling these forecasts, songs pop in. “Shake It Up” by The Cars started playing in my mind, so that’s what we’ll run with this week!
Imagine you’re looking through your Kaleidoscope at all the areas of your life …
- What colors and patterns do you see?
- Which area or areas feel fully vibrant and alive?
- Which area or areas need nourishment and support?
Spend a few minutes visualizing and reflecting on this.
Once you have that image, information and insight, imagine you can simply shake your Kaleidoscope, and all the colors and patterns you desire representing all the areas of your life magically fall into place.

- Are you recognizing ways you can allow something new or different into your Kaleidoscope?
- Did shaking things up help something old drop out?
- Have you discovered different ways of looking at things or shifting things to align with your desired dreams and view?
