On Monday the 7th, you may be a bit in your head and consumed with your thoughts. That’s okay, as long as you give yourself that sense of freedom we talked about. Give yourself space to sit with your thoughts and look beyond the mental chatter to the wisdom within.
Color of the Week

The “hows” will come to you this week, and you’ll be well positioned to map things out and plan them. Enjoy a more optimistic approach and heightened confidence as you find better and easier ways to become that finisher.
For your reference, colors selected to represent the energy of each month and each week of the year are Sherwin Williams colors. Their architectural and design palette has been my go-to for years. You’ll see the color here, along with the Sherwin Williams paint code plus the RGB and hex code equivalent values. This helps if you’d like to use these colors in your physical space, on your desktop or when visualizing results you’d like to see this week.
